VR Jewels Fine Jewelry is meticulously handcrafted. Because each piece is made-to-order, please allow 7-10 business days (excluding weekends) for us to ship your order. Can I modify my shipping address or cancel my order after it has been placed?

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. An address change can be made at any time before your order ships. Please email us at  info@vrjewel.com and include your order number in the subject line.

How do special or customized orders operate?

Absolutely, we love working on special orders and custom work. If you have a vision of a special jewelry design that you'd like brought to life, please contact us at info@vrjewel.com. If you want anything engraved, kindly mention that in the personalization request.

Can I include a personalized gift message with my purchase?

Yes of course!  You can let us know what you want to be written on the gift card during checkout in the " Special Instructions to the Seller" box.

How do I determine my ring size?

To determine your best fit, please refer to this ring sizing chart.  The best and safest way to size your finger is to stop by a local jewelry store. Or you can also use any old ring and use the ring sizer app to determine your ring size. You can also email us at info@vrjewel.com if you have issue finding your ring size.

Sizing

How can I determine my ring size?

Ordering a ring can be tricky if you aren’t sure about your ring size. While a jeweler can give you the most precise measurement, there are also ways you can measure your finger at home. Please refer to the Ring Size Guide.

What if my ring purchase does not fit properly?

We'd be happy to resize any item you purchase from us for free. Certain items such as Eternity Rings cannot be resized.
